Oracle OFSAA Engagement Lead/Manager in SAO PAULO, Brazil

Job Description

An experienced engagement management professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes within a product/solution family. Operates independently to deliver quality work products as a part customer engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, team coordination, in order to implement Oracle products and solutions to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle delivery methodologies, company procedures, and leading practices.

OFSAA Engagement Lead/Manager

10+ years of total implementation experience preferably in Banking and /or Financial Services Analytics to provide guidance and work closely with Functional subject matter expert, Technical lead and project team members to successfully enable the solutions for customers.

Should have 5+ years of experience in managing engagements right from Requirements Analysis, Solution Design, Test Cases development, Solution Validation & User Training.

If they do not have OFSAA Product experience, the resource should have experience in implementing similar products like Banking, SAP, SAS, Axiom based solutions.

Domain knowledge on two or more of the following: Performance Management Solutions (FTP, PFT, ALM), Risk Solutions (Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, Credit Risk), Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, Case Investigations, Regulatory / Compliance Reporting etc.

Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a Customer's processes and strategies.

Experienced in project staffing, financial reporting, risk management and building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Should have SDLC, Agile concepts and cloud based implementation experience will be handy.

Good understanding of waterfall, iterative and Agile(sprint based) delivery methodologies. PMP, SAFe, Agile certifications are preferred.

Excellent Portuguese and/or Spanish written & oral communication skills and moderate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and services to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle implementation methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Enable team members to perform the project activities and to keep the project on track.

Demonstrates the ability to help deliver solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Act as an engagement lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations.

Supports the weekly reporting process to customer and Oracle management. Effectively communicates the status of project while highlighting the accomplishments, planned activities and risks. Manages project repository and artifacts for effective collaboration within the team and for sharing with various stakeholders within Oracle.

Manages engagement scope and timelines and support all phases of solution deployment, user acceptance testing and go-live.

Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA Products. In addition, must be able to manage the process of integrating OFSAA solutions with their operational environment.

Creative problem-solving, effective team-player & communicator, timely escalation to management, effective project monitoring and control.
