We are hiring the best talent for a Strategic Skills Senior Manager Latam to be located in Mexico City, Santiago de Chile, Sao Paulo, Brazil or Bogotá, Colombia (Relocation not applicable).

Job Description

Design, manage, execute, and oversee comprehensive skills development initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Lead the Strategic Skills Team to ensure effective execution across LATAM. This role involves evaluating employee skill requirements, formulating training programs, and fostering an ongoing learning environment that enhances both individual and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provides input to management board(s) on training and development issues and other areas

  • Assesses the ongoing training needs of sales, marketing, and account management organization aligned with the organization's business objectives.

  • Develops and delivers training programs and materials to address all ongoing and advanced training and development of sales representatives, Marketeers and Account Management Organization to address identified skill gaps.

  • Performs analysis on current sales activities and suggests programs with the most effective means of training measures for the sales force to meet the overall objective of the organization.

  • Manages the development of annual sales training budget, and manages costs.

  • Identifies market trends, implements agile learning methodologies to adapt quickly to changing business requirements, and recommends appropriate actions.

  • Ensures that sales training practices are in compliance with all government or legal requirements.

  • Build partnerships with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry experts to enhance the organization's learning ecosystem.

  • Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of skills development programs.

  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact and success of training initiatives.

  • Implement mechanisms for assessing employee skills and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

  • 5 years' experience

  • Experience with training, identifying the need, creating the strategy and planning the execution.

  • Experience with people management and/or project management

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.

  • Collaboration, digital savvy, teamwork, ability to influence without authority and ability to connect and interact with large sales field force teams.

  • Ability to learn, navigate and propose new innovative learning solutions.

  • Experience of working in a multicultural environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed, results-oriented, team-based environment is required.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently (30% of the time)

Other skills

  • Certification in Integrity Selling, Sales Coaching and Adult Learning Principles preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PPT and Excel required

  • Project management experience desirable
