The Position

We're seeking an enthusiastic Intern for our technical department to join us as a Simulator Technician.

As a Simulator Technician, you'll engage in a variety of tasks involving our full flight simulators. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with the team to ensure our simulator fleet remains updated and operational around the clock. You'll be part of continuous duty rotations.

To excel at CAE, you'll need to be a versatile technician comfortable with computer systems, and adept at working with mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, and visual systems.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for preparing simulators through Test Flights to ensure they're ready for operation. You'll serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for technical information for our customers. Your passion for aviation will help you navigate the professional jargon of the industry effortlessly.

Ideal Profile

Apart from the routine tasks, there are ample opportunities for internships covering a range of specializations of different scopes. This internship opportunity is tailored for students in their third year of studies; thus, it's not intended for fourth-year students completing their final projects.

The internship package includes an allowance and possible travel reimbursement.
