The Opportunity TheCorporate Partnerships team is focused on delivering material growth and market share expansion through strategic product and technology partnerships with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and implementing partnership deals across Adobe's Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and GenAI product groups. As the Director of Strategic Partner Development, you will be responsible for incubating and delivering partnerships across the Digital Media business with leading technology platforms globally. As a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with product, engineering, product marketing, legal, and executive leadership to implement partner deals aligned with Adobe's critical initiatives. What You'll Do Become an essential business thought partner to the Digital Media BU product / eng and product marketing orgs by cultivating deep relationships with exec partners, staying abreast of evolving partner landscapes, communicating untapped opportunities to internal decision-makers, and delivering value to the org through transformational partnerships Identify, scope out, and drive engagements with strategic partners that have potential to meet Adobe's highest strategic priorities Drive consensus and approval from business unit collaborators and executive leadership to formally engage in deal negotiation with applicable strategic partners, including business terms for such deals Negotiate complex strategic partnerships with third parties from inception to final contract signature Invest in and enable the broader Corporate Partnership team's success by modeling best-in-class negotiation and partnership development capabilities (including fluency in working on first-of-its kind agreements), driving internal alignment with key stakeholders, and delivering on strategic priorities What You'll Need to Succeed 15+ years of proven experience in leading key strategic product partnerships in technology, media, or similar industries Ability to influence C-level executives and senior internal stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization, including balancing competing priorities between external partners and internal teams Be a big picture, strategic problem solver who is incessantly seeking creative opportunities to materially impact the business while practically leading a team to deliver results through operational rigor and best practices Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $157,900 -- $291,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
