Description We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Sales Support in our team located in Seattle, Washington, 98121, United States. The role is a part of the telecom industry and will be based in a fast-paced work environment. The employment type for this role is short term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize computer systems, CRM, and databases to accurately input client information and records.

• Develop quotes for clients and in support of the sales team.

• Utilize Zendesk and Zendesk macros to respond to basic client requests for support and product information.

• Display a strong understanding of web environments, search, browsers, and communication tools.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills through effective writing, speaking, and listening.

• Showcase knowledge of common software applications and Web services such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, and Zendesk.

• Prepare quotes using CRM - Customer Relationship Manager and other tools.

• Display proficiency in using Web Browsers for various tasks. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM - Customer Relationship Management

• Experience in preparing quotes for clients

• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service software

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Proficiency in various web browsers for online research and data entry

• Proven ability to support sales teams in achieving their targets

• Practical understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
