Area of Responsibilities:

Drive targeted Policy Deployment (PD), growth oriented KPI improvement at targeted mentored Opcos by leveraging DBS tools, mentoring skills, and change management process Assist regional Opco leadership in the development of a DBS roadmap in growth processes (sales, marketing, and innovation) Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching Facilitate other DBS training sessions when needed Improve DBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in DBS tools Ensure productive kaizen events (well planned, executed and sustained) Promote and facilitate target associate development in various DBS tools Assist Management Board with deploying priority improvements (e.g., Organic Growth) Builds DBS culture and scale DBS competency to LBS China Strategic market intelligence to identify platform/Opco growth priorities and support with DBS

Person Specification:

15+ years of business experience, including leadership roles in both sales and marketing. General management experience is strongly preferred; MBA preferred Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a senior leader point of view Ability to design, develop, and implement a DBS roadmap for an operating business Superior communications skills Excellent English Skills (written and spoken) Superior training, consulting and influencing skills Hands-on experience implementing DBS or process improvement/orientation in a leadership role Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing/graphics/spreadsheet/etc)

Teamwork - must be able to lead teams of Danaher Associates from multiple disciplines and/or companies Ability to influence others - must be able to inform, convince, and persuade others to action using DBS to drive sustainable results Results orientation - must deliver sustainable results Specific technical competencies - must possess the technical skills necessary to be seen as credible in DHR by peers and managers. Requires foundation in marketing and sales competencies (see below for details). Communication—must be able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms

QUALIFICATIONS:

Need to be able to think strategically and view the business from a senior leader standpoint. Must be very customer focused and have strong interpersonal and communications skills. This person will be high energy and able to handle conflict. Will be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations.
