We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst that will have responsibility of supporting business partners in our Fiery BU, and our WW sales team, reporting to the Director of Finance.
Expense management for 2 key groups: Fiery BU, Sales & Mktg
Consolidation of WW Sales Forecast for all EFI BUs.
Fiery BU full P&L: Ownership of the Opex forecast with input into revenue, gross margin and Operating Income.
Develop business partnership with key stakeholders to resolve all financial issues.
Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial close process, including, reporting, forecasting and accruals.
Manage account reconciliations for specific key accrual accounts and journal entry management associated with those key accounts.
Meet with cost center owners and assist with the creation and management of budgets.
Perform financial analysis on the budget vs. actual variances. Consolidate summary and commentary on key findings and identify cost saving opportunities.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly expense and headcount reporting packages to the leadership teams.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly P&L reporting presentation packages.
Heavy engagement in the annual planning process.
BA/BS in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
3-5 years total experience with 1-3 years FP&A experience preferred.
General understanding of GAAP and key accounting concepts.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including modeling and the ability to handle large amounts data required.
