The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 1400 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and has recently welcomed new teams focusing on business applications. What you'll do

The Cloud Infrastructure Cost Transparency (CICT) unit provides the central services for SAPs infrastructure capacities, utilizations and charge-out.

As a team member of our agile team you'll take over responsibilities around the following topics:

Drive topics from a FinOps perspective around our internal product Cloud Billing & Reporting (CBR)

Cross collaboration to understand support colleagues, customers, management, and complex processes

Collect requirements for various purposes like charge-out & billing, capacity management, incident, change & problem management followed by report generation, and support development of dashboards for transparency

Enable customer to use analytics dashboards for supporting management, infrastructure coordinators & platform ops

Analyze big data of metered cloud services and deliver valuable insights based on customer requirements

Be part of our virtual team, working on operations tickets, regular backlogs in a DevOps Culture, writing tool documentation & training of the operational colleagues, management, and customers

What you bring

Required skills

Highly motivated to drive topics forward, ability & willingness to acquire new knowledge quickly

Study in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Informatics

Experiences in data analytics

Basic understanding of FinOps

Ability to structure topics, multi-task and work under tight deadlines

Strong communication (written and verbal English), presentation and analytical skills

Preferred skills

Knowledge about IaaS (like AWS, GCP, Azure)

Experience in SQL, HANA

Experiences in TypeScript, Python

Knowledge of ITIL V3 will be highly beneficial

Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP Suite like DataSphere/DI/Cloud Foundry
