Quickbase Product Manager | AI in Sofia, Bulgaria

As a Product Manager II, you will join a talented, passionate, and collaborative team of product managers, experience designers, and engineering teams. In this role, you will contribute to transforming the ways applications are built for mid-size companies to large enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategy and execution of AI-driven capability enhancements or new features

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, and Marketing, to ensure AI initiatives align with the overall product and business objectives.

  • Assist in market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements.

  • Employ data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, analyze user behavior, and optimize user journeys within the product.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to support enhancements in AI functionalities within the product.

  • Collaborate with the Quickbase engineering and Labs teams to support innovation and bring ideas to fruition.

  • Work with engineering scrum teams to break down work, prioritize backlogs, and unblock teams to deliver high-quality features on time that delight customers

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or software platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of turning data into actionable insights.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently across teams.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with Quickbase or similar low-code platforms is a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in the SaaS space.

  • Experience in enterprise platforms, low code/no code, cloud, and AI technologies is desirable.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Action-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving deliverable outcomes.

  • High interpersonal skills to understand and align with stakeholder motivations.
