Job Description

  • Support the Production and Process Management in the daily work.

  • Continuous development of the Grace Stenungsund regarding Products, Production, Process Plants, Environment, Health & Safety, Quality, Sustainability and Minimization of Costs as well as continuous improvements, technical solutions for modifications and investments.

  • Comply with current Swedish legislation, the company's management system, policies and documentation regarding the Production and Process function.

  • Work toward company strategies, core values, goals and KPIs by working together within the company with commitment, inspiration, trust and communication.

  • Perform and coordinate the daily technical production development.

  • Troubleshooting daily production issues.

  • Be transparent, inspire and work close to the Stenungsund team

  • Communication within Grace Catalyst AB and its stakeholders

  • Develop and update routines, instructions, and other documentation for the Production Plant

  • Specify the production and process need as input for projects and modifications.

  • Participation/support in projects and modifications executions.

  • Perform risk handling and other EHS related work in the production plant.

  • Participation in PHAs

  • Perform and implement changes in accordance with MOC procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Good understanding and knowledge of catalyst production and the production plant.

  • Minimum 5 years experience from process industry.

  • Be able to perform risk analysis in different levels.

  • Be trained in different methods for implementing continuous improvements such as six sigma and lean

  • Good skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written

  • Economical understanding from company perspective
