How does it feel to work on a team driven to make a big impact? Empowering. Our Combat Mission Systems business is hiring a Program Manager for our Fielding/Deprocessing area.
Responsibilities will Include:
Lead for all post dd250 activities on the AMPV program. This will include (but not limited to) deprocessing, retro fits, STS Work Directives and fielding activities.
Supervise the initiation, organization, planning, capture of work, management of change and close out of assigned programs according to the company's processes.
Oversees the development and establishment of procedures and guidelines for daily operations and directs initial preparation, execution and revision of the program plans.
Establishes, maintains, and promotes good customer relationships. Ensures the coordination of work tasks with customer representatives and ensures tasks are within scope, schedule and cost.
Directs the work activities of employees assigned and is responsible for support selection, counseling, training, development, and evaluation of the team members.
This position will be expected to handle other programmatic duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Typically, a bachelor's degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
Analytical thought needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations, without supervision.
Developed communication skills to exchange complex information.
Demonstrated ability to manage interpersonal relations and conflicts.
Demonstrated leadership skills in development of project proposals, with the ability to work across functional boundaries and build teams.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
