Description
Cultivate empathy & Formulate strategy
Utilize category and consumer insight to identify category growth driver and develop solutions for brand to build differentiation and competitiveness in the market
Build best consumer experience across different shopper touchpoints including online and offline
Business & Financial Acumen
Identify key investment priority and drive E2E P&L result
Manage A&P with expertise in budgeting
Drive brand contribution improvement with better mix and planning
Ignite experience & Reimagine performance
Manage brand through existing business or new product launch to drive category and share growth, brand equity and loyalty
Manage marketing operation discipline from planning to execution and co-working with cross-functional team
Campaign management/execution: develop IMC campaign or adaptation campaigns consumer communication, including agency management, quality control, campaign performance monitoring etc.
Evaluate result for campaigns and ability to come out improvement plans
Shape best experience to connect consumer with integrated data framework that leveraging both conventional and new media (Online, social media), PR and BTL (brand communication in the stores
Collaborate with 3rd party partners and manage relationships.
Leadership & Team management
Develop team’s capability on marketing and brand acumen
Accelerate teams’ development with on job coach and training
Provide inputs with strong consumer insights to lead and shape the marketplace with stakeholders (cross-functional teams & GFO)
Compliance Process Management on regulatory, legal, quality & control and financial to align with Credo based decision
Key Deliverables :
Sales, Offtake, Category Growth, Market Share, Brand Contribution, investment Effectiveness and Efficiency (Brand TIE, ROI, ROAS, etc), 1 st party data activation KPI (conversation, active members engagement, etc.), Operation discipline of teammates
Key stakeholders are regional franchise team, local cross functional team, HK marketing team and strategic partner (from agency)
Qualifications
University educated in business or related disciplines
At least 5 years of brand and product management experience with proven track record. Prior experience in FMCG industry is a bonus.
People/team leader experience is a bonus
Innovative and results oriented
Good discipline and attention to details
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and business acumen
Good English proficiency in written and oral
Resilience, agile mindset to cope with ambiguity & pressure
