Job responsibilities
Resolve complex and escalated employee and customer problems and inquires
Operate with urgency and meet deadlines
Focus on the customer, the organization's business goals and systems
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems
Execution of control initiatives
Interpret and analyze data
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish
Minimum of two years management in Collections
Previous financial experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience managing in a call center environment, preferably in Collections
Experience in a large department or group within an Operations function
Advanced proficiency with computer functions strongly preferred
Bachelor's Degree
