Customized Bioprocess Solutions (CBS) is a department within Cytiva, delivering customized downstream hardware and software solutions used in Biopharma development and manufacturing. Each customer order becomes a project with dedicated resources from project management, design, manufacturing, sourcing, and verification teams.

We are now looking for a Hardware quotation planner and project engineer to further strengthen our global Hardware Quotation Support team (HQS).

What you´ll do:

• Quotation project coordination and responsibility

• Prioritize, plan and allocate incoming quote requests

• Run the visual and daily management of the team

• Work closely with sales, design teams, project management and other stakeholders to ensure timely communication and value adding deliveries

• As part of the quotation team, respond to quote requests and quote custom hardware solutions depending on incoming requests.

• Work with global colleagues across functions and teams to share best practices.

• Occasional international travelling is required to support commercial colleagues and customers.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and support development of new internal processes.

Who you are:

• Master’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or equivalent)

• Several years of proven industry experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of bioprocessing and manufacturing of biopharma products

• Proficient in understanding and presenting complex material in a comprehensive way

• First-rate coordinator with capability to handle many parallel activities

• Excellent communicator, communicating professionally with both internal and external stakeholders

• Thrives in a global, multi-cultural and team-oriented environment

• Proven problem solving abilities

• Self-motivated and c ustomer focused

• Ability to work in a rapidly changing climate and reacts well to change

• Very high level of proficiency in English

Desired characteristics:

• Experience from large Biopharma projects, working at an engineering company or as a customer in commercial manufacturing

• Product knowledge and technical expertise within the Bioprocess equipment area

• Familiarity with GMP and other relevant standards issued by FDA, ISO, etc.

• Experience with UNICORN control system and/or distributed control systems such as Emerson DeltaV, Siemens or Rockwell are highly valued
