As a “ Global Trade Strategic Accounts Project Manager ”, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting markets in successful Key Account Management strategies definition, execution, and monitoring - aiming at reaching sell in and sell out targets and optimizing New Members Acquisition globally. You will build and recommend coordination's approach as per our Key Global Accounts, ensuring a high level of practices awareness, collaboration and alignment across the KAM community.

A Day in the Life of a Global Trade Strategic Accounts Project Manager

  • In collaboration with Markets, build a recommended approach for Global KA coordination including Key collaboration Principles, practice sharing and performance monitoring standards

  • Ensure understanding and adhesion in all supported markets with KAM functions.

  • Develop and adapt relevant training / supporting tools for the KAM Community

  • Coordinate the approach in close collaboration with B2C Machines Partnerships Teams, Marketing and in alignment with Zone Management.

  • Increase KAM expertise and identify business opportunities at market level and globally

  • Explore new distribution routes in line with Nespresso Business Model, including new doors opening and new products distribution (i.e. accessories)

  • Lead and animate a community for trade key account expertise

What will make you successful

  • University degree holder in Business Management or equivalent

  • 5-10 years’ experience in Key Account Management working within the Small Domestic Appliance category at an international level, ideally in the coffee branch trade

  • Strong competences in Project Management

  • Proactive mindset, having suggested and successfully improved and implemented new processes

  • Knowledge of Omni-channel business management, Customer centric best practices and market intelligence

  • Good knowledge of competition law and of core Business Processes and Fundamentals

  • Good analytical skills, detailed minded and ability to interpret sales and CRM data

  • Strong negotiation skills, active listening and solution oriented

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, ability to influence without authority

  • Fluent in English, any additional language a plus.
