The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Clinical Sales Applications Specialist covering the North of England & Scotland, you will be a part of our Respiratory Diagnostics RDx team supporting our software and Vyntus product lines using SentrySuite for our PFT, CPET and tidal breathing analysis solutions.

In this field-based role, you be responsible for the success of our customer installations. This will include the provision of customer product

training and partnering with our senior clinical applications specialist, sales and services teams to provide our customers an exceptional

experience.

You will also Account Manage a number of customers in terms of sales and clinical support within a set remit. Full support and training will be provided on products and account management.

This role will be looking after the North of England and Scotland.

Overall Purpose of the role

Clinical Applications Specialist:

• Develop, plan, and manage customer training programs on respiratory diagnostics equipment using SentrySuite.

• Provide customer training on PFT + plethysmography and CPET

• Support customers with tidal breathing analysis data (Raw and sRaw )

Coordinate and deliver on-site product and service training to customers and maintain customer relationships. Trainings may

range from 1-4 days.

•Be a strategic partner during pre and post sales activities by leading or participating in product and service demonstrations

and/or the design, implementation and monitoring of new products or services.

•Provide technical and clinical product insight during the sales process by demonstrating product value to decision makers to

orchestrate a successful product conversion within the customer’s organisation, as needed.

• Improve customer satisfaction and by product improvement by effectively communicating customer needs.

Manage time efficiently and effectively to meet needs of the customer and also of the business. Able to prioritise tasks based

on business need.

Clinical Account Manager:

The Clinical Account Manager is responsible for supporting customers in the development of their respiratory diagnostics and

management service to patients

• Co-Ordinate resources to ensure optimal customer focus and perception

• Co-Ordinate between the different teams from the various departments i.e. marketing and customer care.

• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through coordination with the internal customer support organisation

• Support the roll out of new products and market strategies

• Discuss appropriate product solutions

• Responsible for the organisation of all Vyaire UK exhibitions and trade shows within designated region

• Responsible for all area key accounts, develop market share and new customers

Ensure presence and permanent follow up of customers providing them with regular information on products and services

evolution

• Provide regular updates of successes to UK management team

• Provide value-added solutions to the customer by gathering all resources available to the sales organisation

• Update and follow up prospects, sales forecasts, and provide market share data

• Provide quotations related to tenders considering internal processes

• Demonstrate management of the territory by providing regular weekly plans and follow ups to management

• Execute on business opportunities and maintain a pipeline large enough to support objective attainment

• Ensure knowledge of and compliance with company policies and processes

• Support Senior CAS to manage, maintain and care for company demonstration equipment

• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Required Qualifications:

Education:

RCCP Registered Clinical Physiologist

Exercise / Respiratory Physiology Degree, Master’s preferred Registered/Certified Pulmonary Function Physiologist

Competencies

Licence

  • Valid clean UK driving license

Travel requirements

  • Some travel away from home from time to time in the UK and abroad.
