Google Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales (English, Cantonese) in Hong Kong

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in a technology, consulting, advertising, media sales, or internet environment.

  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising, and/or media campaigns.

  • Experience in media across a variety of platforms (e.g., TV, Radio, Print, Sponsorship, etc.).

  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while paying attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and aptitude skills.

The Mid-Market Sales team is a critical growth engine for clients in GCS designed to grow medium and large sized fast growing businesses in Hong Kong. Through long-term relationship development, we’re dedicated to understanding the business goals by providing advertising solutions to drive business success. MMS Account Strategists are promoters who represent Google. You will improve campaign performance, drive thoughtful Google product adoption, and build short- and medium-term strategies to meet business and marketing objectives. You will design transformative media strategies for growth based on the customer objectives. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will provide Google-caliber solution promoting, partnership management, and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. You will also uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their objectives while driving incremental business agreements through our industry leading advertising solutions.

  • Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievements.

  • Establish a partnership with executive-levels or key decision makers and act as a trusted consultant with strong understanding in marketing strategy, industry insights, optimizing and expanding advertising investment.

  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.

  • Own business process by driving customer outreach, business pitches, solution implementation, and performance evaluation.

  • Work towards quarterly business and product growth goals. Be a role model and coach the team members to drive the client growth as well as overall team success.
