We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer (x|f|m) for our Bioprocess Solutions Service team home based in Hungary. In this position, you will help us install, commission, maintain and repair our market leading specialist equipment from our extensive bioprocess portfolio: purification, filtration, fluid management and fermentation technologies

Your tasks

• Carry out the validation and commissioning of our complex Bioprocess solutions portfolio at our customers' sites

• Installation, qualification, maintenance and repair of our systems in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry

• Complete professional qualification documents, test reports and certificates to a Good Manufacturing Practice standard

• Work closely with our technical support teams in Germany and UK to solve complex technical issues

• Collaborate with the Sales department in order to enable new opportunities

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed technical education (electronics, mechatronics or comparable education) and relevant professional experience as a service technician, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biological or chemical environment

• Knowledge in automation technology and experience with calibrations is an advantage

• Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented customer approach

• Organizational skills, with ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule

• Willingness to frequently travel within Hungary and occasionally throughout wider Eastern European region .

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hungarian and English
