Quality Assurance Engineer (Product Chemical Substances Compliance)

Job Description

As a quality assurance engineer for chemical substances contained in products, you will be involved in the following tasks. Depending on your experience and skills, we will consider the work you will be responsible for at the beginning.

1. [Investigation and reporting of chemical substances contained in products such as RoHS/REACH/IMDS/ChemSHERPA] Provide information on chemical substances obtained from material suppliers, assembly OSAT, etc. in the reporting format specified by the customer. Confirm conformity between the management standards of product load substances required by customers and Renesas' management standards.

2. [Management and Improvement of Product Environmental Database] Execute maintenance management and functional improvement of the registration database of chemical substances in products.

3. [Business Process Integration with Overseas Teams Operating Globally] Participate in business process integration with overseas teams integrated through corporate acquisitions.　etc.

Qualifications

【Must】

• Have experience in surveying and reporting chemical substances contained in products to suppliers.*Knowledge of materials (metal materials, resin materials, chemical substances, etc.) is required.
