Given Below is the job description: Job Description : As a member of the Capture/Proposal Team, the Senior Solutions Architect will work directly with capture managers, Technical Solutions Architects/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business leadership, proposal team, and pricing on solutions development and win strategies. Full -Time remote position with Travel as necessary to NJ, MD,AL Position Responsibilities: Develop a solution that is complete, compliant, compelling, innovative, and responsive to customer needs and requirements. Lead documenting the solution, developing Concept of Operations (CONOPs), and story board development for solution to proposal transition. "Volume leads" and owns the document out the door, developing the solution with team and crafting the response (re-writing text, writing text, conceptualizing graphics, working to page count). Review proposal artifacts and ensure the proposal reflects the approved solution. Perform Market Research: Continuously monitor and analyze DoD market, including trends, opportunities, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Formal training to include Proposal Processes, Capture Management, and Technical Writing Understanding of government contracting and compliance requirements. Ability and experience in analyzing/interpreting RFP requirements for the development of compelling, compliant, and solution based technical responses. Understanding of the many aspects of United States Government/Department of Defense programs to include but not limited to program and project management, staffing, engineering, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), quality, logistics, technology, and regulations. 5+ years of experience supporting proposal solution development in a government contracting environment for multi-teammate, solutions-based proposals. 5+ years of Federal contracting BD-related experience (Capture, BD, Proposal, or otherwise). 5+ years of experience providing mission support services (intelligence, planning, operations, etc.). 5+ years of experience with responsibilities involving complex client requirements assessment, solutions design, and implementation within the technology services industry. Subject Matter Expertise in two or more technologies (e.g., Unified Communications (UC), Cloud, Compute/Systems, Networking, Network Security, Software Development, Virtualization, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Modeling and Simulation (M&S), etc.). Experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Project a plus Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills; planning, organization, and time management. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work effectively across functional groups to optimize product & service offerings. Active SECRET security clearance preferred and/or be able to secure DoD Security clearance. Willing and able to travel as required. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
