They will be responsible for gathering information from product developers, testing the product personally, and interviewing beta test users to completely understand both the product and the user.Job Category: Entry to senior level positions available. Roles & ResponsibilitiesTurn complex technical language into understandable documents for users. Collaborate with both development staff and other writers. Research and interpret data on user feedback. Obtain a customer-centered approach. Open to training in the software or hardware products the company is developing. Open to constructive editing and maintain a commitment to accuracy, with a strong grasp of grammar and usage. Qualifications & ExperienceA bachelors degree in writing, English, or journalism is preferred. A demonstrated ability to adapt technical language into user language is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word and editing software is required. First-rate interviewing skills are recommended. The ability to be detail-oriented and thorough in research is critical.
