Citigroup HR Partnership & Delivery - Offboarding Delivery Partner in Warsaw, Poland

Team/Role Overview:

Off-boarding Delivery Partner will join the HR delivery Team based in Poland. This is an entry level position responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct end-to-end off-boarding processes for UK and Europe (e.g. settlement agreements, terminations, severance preparations)

  • Engage in the full administrative process required for off-boarding at Citi

  • HR documents preparation

  • Customer service (via Service NOW system) in terms of employees and managers support in off-boarding related matters

  • Assist with the management of all off-boarding related issues and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures

  • Liaise with other Teams where appropriate

What we'll need from you:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations or other highly administrative roles would be an advantage

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment

  • Very good knowledge of English

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
