ReSound IT SharePoint Specialist in Warsaw, United States

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft SharePoint Online & Teams Specialist to join our Unified Communication & Collaboration team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role maintaining and optimize SharePoint online, acting as advisor and escalation point for support and operation teams, delivering exceptional end-user support, executing changes and driving technology adoption.

We are seeking someone with deep technical SharePoint expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

This role is based and located in Poland.

About the Team:

Based at our global headquarters in Ballerup, you will be part of our Unified Communication & Collaboration team anchored in Modern Workplace, who are responsible for delivering a wide range of communication and collaboration services, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams to our global end-users.

As a member of this global team, you will report directly to Jesper Skovgaard, Head of Unified Communications & Collaboration and become a part of unformal, flexible, hybrid and modern workplace.

The key success criteria for this position are you have experience from a similar SharePoint environment, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and a commitment to providing the best possible service.

Your Contribution and Primary Responsibilities:

Define best SharePoint practices and standards​

Monitor, maintain and optimize our SharePoint environment

Deliver SharePoint support, execute changes and facilitate adoption​

Provide input and participate in strategy work for the platform​.

Key Assignments:

As our SharePoint Specialist, you will focus on the following areas:

Ensure healthy SharePoint environment, following Microsoft's announcement for retirement of components and services

Secure SharePoint servers and databases is compliant (backup/restore).

Evaluate the use of 3rd party tools users want to add to the SharePoint tenant

Act as advisor and escalation point for SharePoint

Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics

Collaborate with IT stakeholders to secure and enhance SharePoint services

Develop and maintain knowledge articles for supporters on SharePoint technology.

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, we envision you have the following:

Deep technical knowledge of SharePoint and preferable Microsoft services and technologies, preferably gained in a large international company or similar industry

Service-oriented and team player attitude, with a passion for collaborating with different people and personalities

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow is advantageous but not mandatory

The ability to work independently in a structured manner

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset.

Fluent Written and Spoken English Skills:
