Project Manager
18 months contract (working remote)
All candidate must be authorized to work in the United States on W2
Our clients team seeks to engage a program manager (PM) to help manage new partner programs and engage across numerous teams. This team works with Microsoft 365 engineering sponsors to design, build and operate new partner programs or incentives prior to moving to scale.
Responsibilities include:
Consult with business sponsors to determine goals and requirements and manage the process to stand up and launch the program or incentive.
Project manage new program design, implementation and launch activities across MPX, Development teams and Program Sponsor organizations
Contribute to the evolution of the MPX Capabilities Guide, and New Program intake process
Transition new programs to “run state” as required including hand off to Delivery
Track and report on new program(s) success
Maintain and keep updated process, procedure, and workflow information and documentation
Qualifications:
Good time management and ability to prioritize
Strong project management skills
Ability to write business requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong proficiency in process and workflow creation and simplification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software (specifically Visio and Project in addition to Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI
Understanding of systems architecture, analysis, and design
Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little supervision
Great interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders and audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementing technical projects/programs
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 product suite.
5+ years of working directly with Microsoft Partners in the delivery of Microsoft cloud services.
PMP or similar project management certification
