As a Field Sales & Marketing Administrator, you will support our community sales teams in their efforts to successfully meet community goals. Your focus on customer service will help you provide an exceptional experience to prospective home-buyers and your attention to detail will make you an invaluable asset to our sales team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • ​Assist in the opening and closing of model homes - decorating, auctions, IT installment, oversee security installment, maintenance and removal

  • Ensure presentable model home appearance and an adequate supply of sales materials

  • Work from the Division office in West Palm Beach with some travel required to support Jacksonville and Southeast Florida communities.

  • Participate in Community Launch and Marketing Meetings

  • Work via Jira to create marketing materials for product refreshes

  • Maintain production presentation budget by sourcing and negotiating with vendors

Qualifications

  • Exceptional administrative, communication, and organizational skills

  • Homebuilding or real estate experience is a plus

  • At least 1 year of sales experience

  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a complex professional environment

  • Strong analytical and customer service skills

  • Adaptable individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines

  • Must have the willingness and ability to travel to help support communities in the Jacksonville area and Southeast Florida from around Vero to Miami.
