The HR Manager is responsible for assisting leaders achieve business performance goals while offering a great employment experience for all employees. A successful candidate provides leadership coaching and training in addition to resource and support for leave administration, employee relations, performance management, compensation, recruitment, and employment law compliance. This position will provide support to the areas of Human Resources, Education (non-clinical and clinical) and Occupational Health. This candidate will have the opportunity to participate in the development of HR objectives and systems and is empowered to work independently while serving as the primary contact for Human Resources operation needs within the entire department. This candidate will be responsible for managing the QUAPI process improvement project, and participating in all leader activities in the absence of the Chief Human Resources Officer. The ability to be adaptable and flexible to change, and manage competing interests in a timely manner will be paramount
